Disclosure on the processing of personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 "General Data Protection Regulation" (hereinafter the "GDPR").

Adacta will process your Personal Data in compliance with the EU Regulation No. 2016/679 and the national legislation on the protection of personal data (hereinafter "Privacy Legislation"), therefore the processing of your Personal Data will always be based on principles of lawfulness and fairness in compliance with said legislation.

For what purposes your data may be used and on what legal basis

1) When you fill out the "Contact Us" form. 

We collect and use your data in order to respond to your inquiries and possibly to prepare an offer from us for the services you intend to request.   

2) When you sign up for our newsletter 

Our newsletter service consists of sending you communications, periodic newsletters, company alerts, participation in webinars commercial/promotional communications about ADACTA services. We will not send you anything except following your express request made on our web page, and the confirmation you will receive by e-mail following your request for subscription. However, it is necessary for you to be able to read the privacy policy (either indicated on our page or sent by email) before clicking on the newsletter sign-up button, to be sure that yours was indeed an informed consent.

3) When you browse the pages of our website 

Simply browsing our site may involve the collection of information about your device and browsing browser. In fact, when you connect to our site, the computer systems and software procedures in charge of their operation automatically and indirectly administer and/or acquire certain information, or so-called Technical Cookies (e.g. "IP" addresses, domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in "Url" notation of the resources requested, the time of the request to the server, see in detail the paragraph "Cookies Policy"). The next time you visit our site, the browser will read the cookie and relay the information back to the website or entity that originally created the cookie. Cookies thus act as a kind of "bookmark" within the site.

How we keep your personal data secure and for how long 

The processing of Your Data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic instruments, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data through the use of procedures suitable to avoid the risk of loss, unauthorized access, unlawful use and dissemination.

Adacta will provide for the deletion of Your Data when its processing is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and, in any case, if You explicitly request its deletion, no later than 6 months after Your request for deletion.

Recipients of the data

The personal data collected by Adacta will be processed only by our personnel, who act on the basis of specific instructions given regarding the purposes and methods of such processing.

In the event that you wish to purchase our services, the processing may include, subsequent to the conclusion of a contract, the communication of data to third parties, such as: credit institutions for banking operations (including by electronic means), third-party companies , consultants and freelancers for the fulfillment of accounting and tax obligations and for any legal, and technical requirements; local, social security, welfare and public administration offices.

Transfer of data abroad

The processing of data takes place within the territory of the Italian Republic; however, in the event that any communication of data should necessarily be addressed to individuals and/or legal entities located in foreign countries, the data may be transferred abroad, under the terms and within the limits set forth in Articles 45 and 46 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR).

Rights of the data subject 

In your capacity as a data subject, you may revoke at any time your previously expressed consent to the processing of your personal data. In addition, you may exercise the other rights under the GDPR, including:

1. Right of access (art.15 of the GDPR): right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller that personal data is or is not being processed, and if so, to obtain access to personal data and further information on the origin, purpose, category of data processed, recipients of communication and/or transfer of data, etc.
2. Right to rectification (art.16 of the GDPR): right to obtain from the Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data without undue delay, as well as the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary declaration.
3. Right to erasure (Art.17 of the GDPR): right to obtain from the Controller the erasure of personal data without undue delay in the event that: - the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes of the processing; - the consent on which the processing is based is revoked and there is no other legal basis for the processing; - the Data Subject objects to the processing and there is no overriding legitimate ground for the processing; - the personal data have been processed unlawfully; - the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation.
4. Right to restriction of processing (Art.18 GDPR): right to obtain from the Controller the restriction of processing, in cases where the accuracy of personal data is contested (for the period necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data), if the processing is unlawful and/or the data subject has objected to the processing.
5. Right to data portability (art.20 of the GDPR): right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format personal data and to transmit such data to another data controller, only for cases where the processing is based on consent and only for data processed by electronic means.
6. Right to object to processing (Article 21 of the GDPR): right to object at any time to the processing of personal data that have as their legal basis a legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
7. Right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority Data Protection Authority, (www.garanteprivacy.it) in the event of a violation of personal data protection regulations.
