- Right to erasure (Art.17 of the GDPR): right to obtain from the Controller the erasure of personal data without undue delay in the event that: - the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes of the processing; - the consent on which the processing is based is revoked and there is no other legal basis for the processing; - the Data Subject objects to the processing and there is no overriding legitimate ground for the processing; - the personal data have been processed unlawfully; - the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation.
- Right to restriction of processing (Art.18 GDPR): right to obtain from the Controller the restriction of processing, in cases where the accuracy of personal data is contested (for the period necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data), if the processing is unlawful and/or the data subject has objected to the processing.
- Right to data portability (art.20 of the GDPR): right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format personal data and to transmit such data to another data controller, only for cases where the processing is based on consent and only for data processed by electronic means.
- Right to object to processing (Article 21 of the GDPR): right to object at any time to the processing of personal data that have as their legal basis a legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority Data Protection Authority, (www.garanteprivacy.it) in the event of a violation of personal data protection regulations.
